We accept many of the fitness programs that are offered by your employer or your health insurance.

Usually no cost to you.

To sign up, text, email or call us with the following information:

1.  Your name as it is shown on your insurance or employer card.
2. Your address
3. Your phone number
4. Your date of birth
5. The member number from your fitness program.  Call your insurance company to get this number.

You can include your date of birth and fitness program number in the notes at check out, or you can text it to us.  (702) 434-0240

We will set up your memberships and text you back with instructions on how to pick up your electronic key.

You access our gym with an electronic key, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your credit card is only used to verify your identity.  You will not be charged.

We process new memberships from 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5 pm Friday, and afternoons on weekends.

Our door is always locked.

Staff on site does not process memberships, give prices, or even open the door for visitors.

Please do not show up at the gym and expect to be able to tour the facility or join.  Call us.
